Crazy Summer Fun....

Well, I told some people I'd try to do better about updating our blog... So here goes a try at playing a little game of catch up.... This summer has been fun and crazy with lots of adventures... I am now watching Carole (my niece) every day and that adds a challenge all of its own, but it's a good opportunity for us. At the end of June Kirk put our big pool up, and sadly it hasn't gotten much use this summer as it's been a cold and unusual summer.... But here are a couple pictures of fun in the water.

Kirk got his birthday presents early as we were headed up to Camp Helaman and we didn't know how crazy it would be. Thankfully he got them early because camp ended up being quite crazy!!!!!! So, here is Kirk after putting in his brand new Raiders seat covers! :o) He LOVED them!

Camp was good as usual, but it did end up being so much WORK!!!! Andy broke his ankle the second morning we were there... Needless to say, he couldn't do half as much as he usually does. Wednesday morning (Kirk's birthday) Rhonda woke up with strep throat/tonsillitis... So, Rhonda and Andy headed into the Insta Care and left me in charge. Kirk had to head up to work, so thank goodness for Bishop Goold, Andy's Mom and some very helpful young men, that let me boss them around all day. :o) Through my morning sickness and throwing up, we made it through the day..... Poor Kirk had a crappy birthday! I felt so bad.... Some big thing 30 is eh? But the good thing is my Mom came up from Utah and spent the last half of camp with us, so she was there from Wednesday on. Which of course was FABULOUS!!!

Anyway, we made it home for the 4th of July and the Swainston's let us crash their house for fireworks. Here's a couple pics...
