Erika got to go the the pumpkin patch with her Pre-school class on Tuesday this week. She was so excited to go. Of course that morning it starts POURING rain! It rained on us the whole time, until we were getting ready to go back to school then it just happened to be nice the rest of the day. :( Oh well, the kids had fun and I was glad I was able to tag along! It was so fun to sit back and just watch her interact with the other kids. She is always so concerned about everyone else and if they're okay. I'm grateful that she has this wonderful quality.
Alright, the pictures aren't letting me move them around, so I guess "you get what you get and you don't throw a fit." :o)
Kirk told Erika to bring the BIGGEST pumpkin home she could carry. He told her to put her arms in a BIG circle and have me put the pumpkin in her arms. She was bound and determined to do this, but it didn't last long. She could only hold onto it for 30 seconds at a time. But here she is holding a BIG ol' pumpkin! :o)
Jacey, after being out there for awhile. Cold and tired, but I still thought it was cute!

This is Aiden, one of our friend's little boys. The afternoon class got to go with the morning class, hence Aiden and Jacey were with us!!!

Here's Jacey with her pumpkin!

Erika and her "partner" in the hay maze.

Erika with the pumpkin we finally ended up bringing home.

Erika sliding down the slide. The kids didn't really care that it was wet at the time. Afterwards they were a little chilly!!!

Erika petting the goats.

All of us on the wagon going out to the pumpkin patch!!!
Erika after getting off the slide. As you can tell, she was quite happy!

Erika and Aiden petting the goats. (A little blurry, but too cute to pass up!)

When we got to the pumpkin patch, Daddy was there waiting! Erika was so excited to see him there for a minute. So, here he is playing along with us in his fabulous suit. :o)

It was sure a fun day and we'll look forward to next year!
