My sweet husband always does a project while I am away visiting family in Utah. This last time he decided to give me the sidewalk I wanted. The pathway from our carport to the house was turning into one BIG muddy mess and it was hard not to track mud into the house. So, while I was gone he dug it all out, and then it rained and rained and rained until I got home...... Needless to say he didn't get it finished, but he sure made a good start. :o)
So, this last week, we framed it up, (with Andy's help of course.... Actually I guess I should say Andy framed it up with our help, ha ha....) And then we got to pour our cement!!!! So here are a few pictures of the process....
Here it is all framed up
Mixing concrete
Andy smoothing out the concrete
Finishing the smoothing process
This is what the kids did while we were pouring... The blanket was great because Kaden HATES the grass!!!!
Now time for hand prints.... First Daddy
Then Mommy.....
Erika's turn, she did a great job!!!!
And last but not least.... Kaden.
Thanks to everyone for all your hard work! Big thanks to Andy! And the Jordan and Megan for giving up your night to help us!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!

Mmmm... maybe I need to go somewhere to get Greg to do some of the projects I have been waiting for to get done! The sidewalk will be so nice. The kids can ride bikes on it too!
Aren't you missing a picture with Lukie's footprints in it? And another one with the guys fixing it? You are a sweetheart, thanks for being so good to my daughter. :)
(My verification word is rabereex, doesn't that sound like a great thing to say when you're going into battle, or stub your toe, or something?)
